5 ways to stay motivated during work from home.

women special edition

The world has changed. It feels like everything turned upside down overnight with a pandemic that pushed us all inside our homes for what feels like eternity now. Isn't it? But, we have shown each other that we care, we love and we can rise from the dust as the strongest, motivated and successful persons. We showed courage and faced this change with grace and lots of intelligence.

However, we conducted a small research and according to our study, women were caught completely off guard while working from home. The challenge included juggling between household/family care tasks and office work. This made some of them reach the level of fatigues while some are still handling it diligently. We wanted to help the women who are working from home and are or might face the phase where they would not be able to handle the pressure more. Thus we curated a list of things that can help you stay calm and be your best. Here you go ladies:
1. Divide your time

You are a pro in managing every client delivery on time. So why not try it out at the house. Utilize your skills of time division and create different blocks for work. If you are a family holder, put the chart up somewhere in the house (May be living room) where everyone can see it. It will help you work with sufficient breaks and time for yourself. Your family will also be able to support you by helping themselves as per the chart hours.
2. Undivided attention to yourself

You might be your least priority while working from home. But, in order to keep the energy flowing you need to look at yourself. Only when you are at peace of mind, you will get less work fatigue. Household chores have also got added in a family due to the help leaving during the pandemic or the lockdown imposed. This makes it even more necessary for you to enjoy some self time.
3. Visit your old hobby

Lockdown has gifted us work from home and in return work from home gave us the option to work from our comfort zone. The travel time, the tiredness of being away from your cozy space cost most of us our hobbies and things we love to do. This is the perfect time to restart with your calling. Pick the hobby you think relaxes you the most and helps you calm down amidst the unknown. Like writing? Build your blog. Like cooking? Start your Instagram channel and likewise there is always something that you left due to lack of time and energy.
4. Train your kids in your household chores

Omg! Okay! If you don't have a kid, your husband can absolutely suffice in the role. This will help your kids or elder kid aka your husband become a little independent and allow you a cup of tea time in peace. Training them in small chores like how to clean the house, cook their meals (okay, these are big we agree but not for you, so we can do this :p), put the clothes for wash, fold them and so on. One more trick is to assign one day in a week for them to do the chores. Ready to enjoy the break? Also, if you know someone who is on a break and looking forward to find a job, we can help them with professional Resume or professional CV that will increase their chances of getting noticed by recruiters. We provide Resume writing services and other Career Building Services in Delhi, Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad), Dehradun, Pune, Lucknow, Bhopal and many other parts of India. 5. Pamper yourself

Self grooming is a relaxant, mood uplifter and motivation booster. Since you are always tied up with work be it office work or home chores, it is advisable for you to get the pampering home. Get a spa or manicure. A body massage is the best option. Actually, a body massage can be fixed every week. The massage day can be on the same day as your family member/s doing the household chores and your holiday from office work. Sounds like a plan.
