3) Be regular with your exercise


Exercise is very beneficial for relieving stress and decreasing negative emotions such as worry or anxiety. It can also improve your sleep, which is often disrupted by stress. So for your sense of wellbeing and taking command of your body and life its recommended you start exercising.

4) Spend more time with your friends


Sometimes more responsibilities can forgo contact with friends because of all of the other tasks that we have to complete. But it’s important to put life on hold for a short while to nurture the relationships that keep you happy, healthy and sane in this busy world. So try not to ditch a catch-up with friends who have the potential to bring down your stress hormone.

5) Go for a vacation


Any jobs you do, a certain amount of stress is bound to come along. All you can do is taking downtime off every now and then, to allow yourself some mental rest. It will not only allow you some mental rets but help you to reflect on your personal goals and interests also.

6) Go Creative

7) Express gratitude for things and people in your life.


When things move so fast and you are not been able to match the pace It’s easy to get stressed and depressed, but hardly we do realize there’s many who consider our life a distant dream. Adding a little gratitude in your life can help you in achieving your hopes, dreams and goals. It will certainly alter your perception for good.

8) Get Enough Sleep


When life throw challenges Feelings of sadness, disappointment, or hopelessness are the reactions. It get worse when you are not getting the required amount of sleep. Without proper sleep the mind doesn’t have the necessary tools to deal with stressful situations. When this is the case, the solution involves a little self-discipline. Try making a habit of hitting the bed early and this will certainly have a calming effect on your mind.

9) Try accepting the things gracefully


Being good to yourself and accepting your flaws is no way an arrogance. Start understanding those big flaws you hate about yourself and never feel ashamed about it. Be graceful about accepting who you are and what you choose to be.
